Tricolor Technology has built a set of full-featured display and control systems for Beijing Rail Transit, including the command hall, emergency decision-making room, leadership conference room, testing laboratory and other audio and video dispatching places in the TCC building. This system helps Beijing Rail Transit Command Center to speed up the response to emergencies, improve the urban rail transit safety prevention system, and improve the overall rail transit prevention and control capabilities, thereby effectively protecting the personal safety of passengers and reducing property damage. Through image browsing, alarm linkage, remote command, and dispatch, etc., the control centers and relevant functional departments at all levels can intuitively understand and grasp the real-time dynamics of the operating area, actively respond to possible emergencies, and effectively protect the rail transit. Ultra HD signal source on the screen
The road network map system, traffic, passenger flow, real-time warning, and other systems are 8K ultra-high-definition signals, which are listlessly accessed through Tricolor's display control system. Finally, point-to-point high-definition displays are displayed on a large screen with 3 rows and 13 columns.
Mass surveillance image access
The display control system was docked with the CCTV monitoring platform of the Beijing Metro. It successfully connected more than 70,000 monitoring video sources in 22 subway lines in Beijing to the display control system. The format of the monitoring code streams in the 22 new and old lines was not uniform. There are various types of non-standard code streams. Our technical engineers have analyzed the flow of each line and different stations one by one and transcoded the front-end non-standard code streams through the system transcoding platform, and unified converted them into standard code streams to achieve surveillance video Decode on screen.
Interworking resource sharing
The display control system integrates audio and video resources in the command hall, emergency decision room, leadership conference room, testing laboratory, and other rooms. According to the actual needs of customers, a corresponding command and dispatch technology support system is established to achieve interconnection and information resource sharing between rooms.
Core system active/standby switch
To fully guarantee the high reliability of the command center, the core system in this project is deployed in hot standby mode. If an emergency occurs, the main system fails, it will automatically switches to the standby system for overall management and control without affecting the continuous operation of front-end services...
Visual control and scheduling
The visual management system is convenient for managers to perform visual control applications, and accurately and quickly perform scene dispatching control. It helps the command center's agent management system, intelligent display control system, and central control equipment to perform visual control on the PC client and mobile client software interfaces. Provide a visual office environment for the daily work of the TCC Command Center.
Efficient network operation and maintenance management
With the help of the network operation and maintenance management module, the online status and working status of the display and control bus link can also be monitored in real-time, and the attribute parameters of the device can be flexibly viewed and modified. When the device fails, an alarm prompt is given, and the user can quickly locate the fault location according to the prompt; at the same time, it supports the recording of alarm information to facilitate subsequent inquiry and statistics; also, the user can proactively detect whether there is a faulty device in the system and upgrade or replace it Ensure that the system can run stably.
